How to File a Claim

  1. Ensure Safety First Check for injuries, call emergency services if needed, and move to a safelocation if possible.
  2. Gather Key Information

○ Policyholder name and policy number
○ Date, time, and location of the incident
○ Description of the accident or damage
○ Contact info for any other drivers, passengers, or witnesses
○ Photos of vehicle damage and scene (if safe to do so)
